Obtaining Creator Addresses

Sending a Creator your product allows them to experience it firsthand and promote it authentically. If your campaign requires Creators to showcase your product, shipments can be easily arranged.

We kindly ask that you do not request an address from a Creator through My Chats. It is important to fully execute the agreement before requesting a Creator’s address to ensure both parties are protected and aligned.

Send a Creator Your Product

If you need to ship a product to a Creator, you can find their mailing address via your Team Management page.

To find a Creator’s mailing address: 

1. Go to the Campaigns tab.
2. Click the Campaign you're working on.
3. Click Team.
4. Locate the Creator with a “Submit Tracking No.” status.
5. Click . 
6. Copy the Creator's address, and use it to send your products.
7. Once you ship the product, return to the Team section. 
8. Input the tracking number.
9. Click Submit Tracking Number.
