From unforeseen circumstances to campaign strategy changes, a Brand may want to cancel an agreement with a Creator for various reasons. Because it can be a delicate process, canceling a signed agreement requires clear communication. Here’s how you can submit a request to cancel a signed agreement with a Creator.
Communicate with the Creator
Before submitting your request, let the Creator know why you’re canceling the signed agreement. Provide them with a valid reason for your decision.
To send the Creator a message:
- Go to My Chats .
- Select the Creator.
- Compose a message that states and explains why you’re canceling the agreement.
- Click Send.
Now, you can proceed to the next step.
Request Cancellation
After informing the Creator of your decision, it’s time to submit your cancellation request to Glewee.
To submit a cancellation request:
- Go to Campaigns.
- Select the campaign.
- Click the Team tab.
- Locate the Creator.
- Click View Agreement.
- Click Request Cancel Agreement.
- Click Submit Request.
After submitting your cancellation request, our support team will review it and reach out if they need any additional information.
