Managing Your Subscription

You can downgrade or cancel your paid subscription from the Billing tab on your profile. If you have any ongoing campaigns, you can still complete them whether you downgrade or cancel.

Downgrade Your Subscription

To downgrade your subscription: 

1. Go to your Profile.
2. Click Billing. 
3. Choose Update Billing on the top right.
4. Click Update Subscription under your current plan. 
5. Select a lower tier.  
6. Read and accept the terms of the Membership Agreement.
7. Click Check Out.

✏️Note: If you downgrade your paid subscription, your old subscription will automatically expire.

Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription: 

1. Go to your Profile.
2. Click Billing. 
3. Choose Update Billing on the top right.
4. Click Cancel Subscription.

✏️Note: If you cancel your paid subscription, it will expire at the end of the current billing cycle. From there, you’ll transition to Glewee’s free Starter tier. Canceling your paid subscription does not delete your account.
