At Glewee, our goal is to ensure that all of our users are protected to the highest degree. As described in our Terms of Service, Glewee will never do the following:
- Share / Sell your personal data
- Share your password
- Share any banking information
- Use your work conducted through Glewee as a case study without your permission
As far as payment security goes, Glewee works with Escrow.com to make sure that payments from the brand side are sent into a safe holding position in Escrow once contracts are signed by both parties. Once the Creator has posted the content and the brand has agreed that it meets the requirements of the campaign contract, the funds are safely released from Escrow and transferred directly to the Creator. All of the payments that go through the Glewee platform are logged and any issues with processing will be addressed and resolved within 24 hours by our Customer Support team.
We have created a Glewee Safe Contract system that allows Creators and Brands to both e-sign campaign contracts in our app to make sure that we have an oversight over the agreed upon terms and conditions of each individualized contract per campaign. All contracts pertaining and linked to a single campaign are stored in the specific Campaign as well as stored in each brand’s Glewee account. Any issues with contracts can be resolved via our Customer Support team or by contacting ‘Contact@glewee.com’
