Contacting Creators Through My Chats

My Chats gives you a direct line of communication with Creators, allowing you to connect one-on-one in real time. Use My Chats to send messages and files during campaigns. You can contact any Creator on your team at any time, and they can do the same. My Chats fosters a collaborative space where Brands and Creators can share thoughts freely and communicate directly.

Chat With Creators Through My Chats

To send a message or file through My Chats:

1. Go to  My Chats.
2. Click New Message.
3. Search and click the Creator's name you want to message.
4. Type your message.  
5. Click Send. 

Chat With Creators Through Campaigns

To send a message or file to a Creator in your campaign: 

1. Go to Campaigns. 
2. Select the campaign you’re working on. 
3. Click the Chat tab. 
4. Click the Creator you want to message.  
5. Type your message.  
6. Click Send.
