As a brand user on Glewee, the first thing you want to do is start building out a Creator Campaign! Using the Glewee platform you’re able to effortlessly build out campaigns in minutes while accessing our thousands of pre-vetted creators. Let’s dive in.
1. Creating A Campaign
First, you have to go to the navigation bar and select the “+ Create a Campaign” button next to the notification bell on the right. You will be brought to the campaign creation page where you can start crafting and building your campaign.
2. Select Campaign Details
2a) Choosing Between Invite Only / Open Invite -
Now that you’re on the campaign creation page, you can select what type of campaign you want to run on the Glewee platform. When choosing between an “Open Invite” and “Invite Only” campaign it’s important to define your goals, develop your message, and choose your channels to allow you the best results. If you’re looking to reach a wider number of creators that fit your parameters on Glewee: setting up an “Open Invite” campaign would be something for you to select on this page. If you have a particular Creator or Creators that you want to work with an “Invite Only” campaign would be more beneficial.
2b) Setting The Enrollment End Date -
By setting the “Enrollment End Date” you are indicating the amount of time you’d like Creators to apply to your campaign. Once your enrollment date ends, no additional Creators will apply for your campaign(s). We suggest allowing campaigns to be active in the Creator Feed for a minimum of 14 days to maximize the amount of interest your campaign gets with qualified Creators.
2c) Selecting Content Type -
By selecting the content type, you control what actions Creators take with their newly created branded content.
Choose between “Content & Social Post” or “User Generated Content” depending on what you are looking for.
If you want a Creator to produce content and post it on their social media account, selecting “Content & Social Posts” would be the right option for you. If you’re looking for content from a Creator intended for brand use that you don’t want to be posted to their social media channel(s), selecting “User Generated Content” would be the best option. You will own this content once it has been created and delivered on Glewee.
2d) Selecting Categories -
When selecting categories, think of what kind of Creator you’re looking for. Are you looking for a Creator to create and deploy an influencer post including your new fashion product? Selecting “Fashion” and “Lifestyle” will help narrow your Creator application pool. It’s important to choose what type of Creator you’re looking for to better match your needs. Note: you can choose up to 3 categories when building each campaign.
2e) Campaign Details -
Choose the campaign banner that you want the Creators to see. This will be the first thing that Creators see when scrolling on the Glewee Creator App, so it should reflect your brand, product, or service. Next, select your campaign title for Creators to see. Lastly, in campaign details set up your campaign description.
When a Creator chooses to engage with your campaign these are the first details they’ll see, so it’s important to describe what you are looking for as if you’re posting a job listing. Note: all of the content that is written in “Campaign Description” will automatically be generated in the Brand + Creator contracts once you begin collaborating with Creators.
2f) Select your Budget Range -
By choosing your budget range you’re able to gauge the amount of money you plan to spend on this overall campaign. This can always be adjusted. This value will not be charged at any time, rather will be incorporated in your campaign so you can benchmark how much you are spending versus your intended pre-set budget amount.
2g) Create some Do’s and Don’ts -
Adding Do’s and Don’ts allows you to get specific with the content being created. Do you want the content created outside? Post it in the Do’s sections. Want a Creator to refrain from wearing another company's logo in your industry? Post it in the Don’ts. These should be shorter rules that are built into the campaign to give a Creator further insight into how to best execute the campaign deliverable(s).
2h) Select the Product Type -
Select whether or not the Creator will receive a physical product or not. If you select “Thumbs Up”, we will automatically collect the Creator’s address and deliver that in the campaign product shipping section. If you do not need to ship a physical product, select “Thumbs Down”.
2i) Upload Media Assets -
Uploading media assets can give the Creator an idea of what type of content they’ll be creating. By giving visual suggestions the Creator can make content that better fits what you’re looking for.
3. Selecting Deliverables
3a) Choose the Draft due Date -
The time you select allows Creators to update any revisions requested by the brand and enough time for the brand to review content. This is optional.
3b) Choose Campaign Deliverables -
When selecting the campaign deliverables, you are letting the Creator(s) know what can be expected when collaborating with your brand to execute this campaign. It is here that you’re able to select the social media channel, post title, post type, features, and post description. You are able to create multiple campaign deliverables. Note: brands working with Creators on Glewee for the first time perform better when requesting only one single deliverable per campaign.
4. Choose Creator Details
4a) Select “Age” -
Use the slider bar to identify which age range your campaign is set for. Creators outside this range will not be able to apply for your campaign.
4b) Choose Gender -
Select male, female, or non-binary. Remember, if you decide to choose only one such as male then other genders won’t be able to communicate with you. Choosing more than one will allow for all genders selected to apply for your campaign (only if they match all other filters).
4c) Select Creator Follower Count -
Choose if you want to work with smaller Creators or if you want to work with some of our larger ones. This will take the total following the Creators have across all of their social media pages and allow them to apply for the campaign.
4d) Select Location -
Looking for a Creator in a specific area? Choose one of the many filters we have to narrow your search. Looking for someone in Florida? Select our Southeast filter. Looking for someone in California? Select our Midwest filter. Glewee is only available for Creators in the United States right now, but there are over 3.25B followers of the Creators on Glewee that span the entire globe!
4e) Choose Minimum Price Per Creator -
By selecting your minimum pricing per Creator you’ll dictate how much money you want to spend per Creator. The minimum pricing is $100 and while you can adjust to a higher amount than that you’re not able to adjust to a lower than what you initially input. Once accepting Creators into your campaign you can alter the deliverables and price per engagement in our negotiation process, but this is a benchmark value that is displayed to Creators on the Glewee Creator App. Campaigns that start at $200 per engagement perform the best with Glewee Creators.
5. Publish Your Campaign
You finished creating your campaign! Now, review your campaign summary and press publish in the top right of the “Campaign Summary”.
Congratulations, you have now published a Glewee Campaign!
